Team Health Assessment

This assessment analyses the health of the team It is completed by the team leader and each team member,It consists of the assessment and a 1-hour feedback session.

Coaching Framework Assessment

This assessment analyses 20 areas of competence that a leader needs to exhibit, and it forms a framework for coaching It is completed by the team leader, the person whom the leader reports to, and each team member. It consists of the assessment and a 1-hour feedback session

12-month Online coaching program

This is a one-on-one online coaching program aimed at helping people who lead teams.
The roll out is 12 x 1-hour online sessions over the period of a year, as well as ongoing online communication that includes reminders, refreshers and exercises.
The content of the coaching is: Communication, productive relationships, understanding yourself and your team, leading, getting the best out of your team, decoding and managing values, handling conflict, handling stress and dealing with pressure.
